2009 Dusty Boot Colorado-Eagle River Ride Last Minute Details
We hope you’re getting excited and carbo loading for Saturday’s Dusty Boot Colorado-Eagle River Ride! Thank you for participating in the largest fundraiser of the year for SOS Outreach. Together, we will provide a multi-year, leadership curriculum to 5,000 youth this year.
Here is some information to help with your preparation.
Packet pick up is Friday, July 24th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Beaver Creek Resort Elk Day Lot. You can also pick up your packet at the Start Line between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. the day of the ride, Saturday, July 25th.
The start/finish line is in the Beaver Creek Resort Elk Day Lot. The Beaver Creek Resort Elk Lot is just west of the main entrance to Beaver Creek Resort on Highway 6. Parking will be available at this location.
The event features a rolling start from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The pancake breakfast is served between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m.
In order to be assisted during the ride, or to enjoy a variety of snacks at aid stations, you must have your number on your bike, and be wearing your wristband. Both are provided with your registration packet.
The post party will be at the Dusty Boot Steakhouse & Saloon in Beaver Creek Village from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you have additional friends or family members who would like to also attend, the cost is $15 for adults and $10 for kids.
If you do not have your lodging booked yet for the weekend, The Charter is offering a last minute special of 50% off all rates to registered riders. Rates are as low as $108 per night to stay in Beaver Creek Village. Please call 1.800.525.6660 to book your room today.
